COTW: Getting Figgy With It

This week our COTW is from The Whistling Shop's Bartender and Tarquin's Cornish Gin Brand Ambassador Josh Linfitt. His 'Getting Figgy With It' uses Tarquin's Cornish Gin, Figs and Aperol to create this bloody tip-top sipper! Enjoy!

Ingredients

20ml Maraschino

45ml Tarquin's Cornish Gin

12.5ml Lemon Juice

10ml Aperol

1 Whole Fig

Method: Combine all ingredients and shake. Serve and garnish with a charred sprig of Rosemary.
