Well, this is pretty simple now. We love it, we review it. Told you it was damn simple! You see, we're not down with slating, bad mouthing or writing negative reviews. Why would we? We want to share with you guys our love for the hard stuff so why waste our time writing adversely when we can spend that time writing about drams we love.
Sure, we might taste some bottles and think, "Jesus, this tastes like an old bloody shoe!" But we just put that bottle back on the shelf and come back to it in a few weeks time. Tastes change, and in our case, quicker than we can change our freaking pants! So there you have it, our review process. It's not rocket science, just unadulterated, boozy love!
