COTW: Sacred Negroni

This week our COTW is from Aperitivo, one damn awesome Negroni bar above The Oliver Conquest in Algate. Using London's own Sacred's Gin, Rosehip Cup and English Spiced Vermouth, this is one great take on the classic Negroni and believe us, it's one hell of a moreish tipple!
Ingredients
25ml Sacred Gin
25ml Sacred Rosehip Cup
25ml Sacred English Spiced Vermouth
Method: Combine all ingredients and stir down.
