Up this week David Smith, Bartender at The Anchor Inn in Seatown, has shaken up this bang on cocktail; Who The Fuck is Alice? He uses Julian Temperley's Cider Brandy and Pear & Quince Shrub to craft this top-notch drink. Enjoy!
Ingredients
35ml Julian Temperley's 3 YO Cider Brandy
25ml Pear and Quince Shrub
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
1 Sunken Morello Cherry
Eau de Vie
Cider Brandy Barrel Aged Bitters
Method: Combine all ingredients and shake. Serve and drop the cherry in last with the Eau de vie and garnish with the cider brandy barrel aged bitters.
