COTW: The Long Flight

This week David Coveney, bartender at The Oliver Conquest, has whipped us up this delightful cocktail; The Long Flight. He uses Tarquin's Cornish Dry Gin, Maraschino Liqueur and Violet Liqueur to craft this awesome and heavenly drink. Enjoy!
Ingredients
35ml Tarquin's Cornish Dry Gin
10ml Maraschino Liqueur
20ml Violet Liqueur
4 Drops Of Orange Flower Water
3 Drops Rose Water
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White
Soda Water Top
Method: Dry Shake all ingredients except the soda, Shake well with ice, dry shake again. Strain into a tall glass, add ice and top with a dash of Soda Water.
