Gin Blasts: Only Gin

We're heading back to Spain (Barcelona to be precise), this time with another new find for me whilst tending bar at The Oliver Conquest.
Only's very aromatic nose is coupled nicely with floral notes and a big punch of juniper. It's made from 100% grain spirit and infused with jasmine, lemon balm and rose petal along with a whole host of other flowers, which give this gin its beautiful, unique flavour. The combination of these flowers gives the perfect balance between citrus and sweetness and makes this gin rather moreish so beware, you might end up drinking the whole bottle in one! Bottled at 40% in a wonderfully original red/orange bottle, this is another fantastic gin from the botanical lovers over in Spain.
As all that have come before in my Gin Blasts, this is best served in a large balloon or wine glass, plenty of good ice cubes, a few rose petals and a large slice of grapefruit. Charge this with the mighty 1724 Tonic for a brilliant summer G&T.
