This week we've got one cracking COTW from Picture Restaurant's Barman, Josh Linfitt. He uses Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva and Sacred Sweet Spiced Vermouth to create one hell of a delectable cocktail! Enjoy!
Ingredients
45ml Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva
30ml Sticky Fig Sous Vide Mir La Mar Moscatel
20ml Sacred Sweet Spiced Vermouth
5 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Method: Stir down and serve. Garnish with a paint stroke of honey and a toasted hazelnut crumb.
