COTW: The Frost Martini

This week we've got one awesome COTW from Smokin' Aces General Manager, Luke Shepard. He uses Reyka Vodka and Icelandic Pale Ale to create this kick ass cocktail! Enjoy!
Ingredients
37.5ml Reyka Vodka
25ml Martin Millers Gin
12.5ml Icelandic Pale Ale & Honey Syrup
8 Drops of Icelandic Bitters
Method: Reduce a bottle of Einstok Pale Ale over a low heat until about 1/2 origional volume with honey to form a thin syrup. Add ingredients, shake and strain into a frozen cocktail glass.
