COTW: The Chilli Gooseberry

Picture Restaurant's barman, Josh Linfitt, has delivered us another COTW; his The Chilli Gooseberry. He uses cascabel chilli infused Chase Marmalade Vodka and Cazcabel Blanco Tequila. Top stuff!
Ingredients
25ML Cascabel Chilli Infused Chase Marmalade Vodka
45ML Cazcabel Blanco Tequila
25ML Fresh Lime Juice
6 Muddled Gooseberries
5 Drops of Sweet Orange Bitters
Method: Shake all ingredients together and double strain over cubed ice. Garnish with a cascabel chilli boat and gooseberry slice.
