COTW: Just Peachy

@TheSpiritCellar has delivered us one damn fine #COTW this week that will sure tickle your bloody tastebuds no end! His 'Just Peachy' uses Ocho Blanco Tequila and it's enough to make James's Giant Peach look like a bloody raisin!
Ingredients
35ML Ocho Blanco
12.5ML Briottet Creme de Peche
12.5ML Rose Syrup
4 Drops Peach Bitters
35ML Lemon Juice
12.5ML PX Sherry
Method: Dry shake with strainer coil, then shake well with ice, then dry shake once again and pour over ice.
