COTW: Borage Crush

This week David Smith has brought us a COTW that just screams out summer! His Borage Crush uses Tarquins Gin and we'll think you'll agree it's a perfect sipper for those (hopefully!), lazy summer evenings ahead!

Ingredients

4 Borage leaves

50ml Tarquin’s Gin

15ml Elderflower Cordial

10ml Lime Juice

35ml Discovery Apple Juice

50ml Fever Tree Tonic Water

*Garnish: Borage Flowers

Method: Add the borage leaves into a mixing glass and smash up. Add the Tarquin’s Gin, Elderflower cordial, Lime Juice and Apple Juice into the mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for 10 seconds until sufficiently chilled Strain and sieve into a highball glass. Add ice and top up with fever tree tonic water. Granish.
