COTW: Red Death

This week our COTW is an impromtu one. Whipped up off the cuff by The Big Easy's bartender, Csaba Toth, whilst meeting the awesome guys from Death's Door, this is the first known cocktail to be made in the UK using Death's Door Wondermint. And take it from us, it's bloody delicious!

Ingredients

40ml Death's Door Gin

10ml Death's Door Wondermint

20ml Lime Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

4 x Fresh Strawberries

Dash of St Germain Liqueur

Method: Shake all ingredients together with ice and double strain. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and mint.
