COTW: Conker 75

He's done it again. Hix's mastermind of a bartender, David Smith, has delivered this COTW, Conker 75 using Conker Gin, with pure style and finesse! Top stuff!
Ingredients
50ml Conker Gin
25ml Gorse & Ginger Liqueur
50ml Furleigh Reserve Sparkling
Garnish: Gorse Flower
Method: Pour all the ingredients except the sparkling into the smaller half of a cocktail shaker. Fill the larger half of your shaker with cubed ice, seal the two halves together. Shake for 15-20 seconds until desired dilution and chilling is reached. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top up with the Furleigh Reserve Sparkling. Garnish.
