Head Bartender of Renunion Bar London, David Coveney, brings us a rouge-y glassfull of delight in the form of his 'Devil in Mexico' using Ocho Blanco Tequila. And we think you'll agree it looks pretty damn special!

Ingredients

50ML Ocho Blanco

12.5ML Martini Bianco

12.5ML Briottet Creme de Cerise

4 Dashes Peychaud Bitters

4 Small Slices of Chilli

Method: Stir well and double strain, garnish with redcurrants and dust at the table.
