COTW: Chilli & Tequila Sour

This week Head Bartender at Reunion Bar London, David Coveney, is back again with one damn fine, mouthwatering COTW: Chilli & Tequila Sour. And as the man say's himself; “it's a brilliant twist with a touch of spice.” Get cocktailing guys!

Ingredients

50ml Herencia Blanco Tequila

35ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice

20ml Gomme sugar

2 drops of Master of Malt Naga Chilli bitters

Method: Dry shake all ingredients, then shake all ingredients well with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and coupe. Garnish with a pattern using bitters and some chilli flakes.
