COTW: The CaipirGINha

This week our COTW hails from our good friend David Coveney from @TheSpiritCellar and Head Bartender at Reunion Bar London. He's took the Caipirinha and pimped it right up with some Ish 'Limao' gin. The result is pretty damn insane, so get cocktailing people and get this one down your neck!
Ingredients
50ml ~Ish ‘Limao’
20ml Fresh lime juice
20ml Agave syrup
3 Mint leaves
Blanco tequila wash
Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker while clapping the mint well.
Fill a tumbler with crushed ice and pour in 10ml of Blanco Tequila and mix the ice well. Shake the ingredients and strain over the ice. Garnish with a circle of lime with a sprig of mint through the middle.
